Alexandra Koumantaki was LA's first resident this summer. As a multidisciplinary artist she works with light installations, sound and sculptures, and she is founder of Hyperlink, a curatorial project, project space and gallery in Athens.

During her stay, she built a light sculpture titled Equilibrium, an alienesque "futuristic ancient portal" next to LA's creek. Alexandra is also the first guest on LA's upcoming podcast series "Art-Space".
