Artist and chef Caique Tizzi was the second resident in Los Angeles in 2022. Caique's work is created from an artistic approach to food, with his kitchen acting partly as a studio and partly as a laboratory.
During his residency, he created an edible work of art called Beaver Tail Tiles And A Meal in L.A. out of Los Angeles and its surroundings.
